All sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped and delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
• You must provide proof (such as photos)

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must first contact the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
